Back From Las Vegas

My plane landed around 9h15 this morning, and though I’m utterly exhausted, I’ve been checking up on my different responsibilities to make sure all is running smoothly. While going through Folaji.com, I found out that David Lance Arneson, one of the co-creators of Dungeons & Dragons, passed away last week.
Though I’ve only been playing DnD for about a year now, I have to admit that it is, without a doubt, one of the best and most influencial RPG gaming systems I’ve ever played, and was the basis for many of the great RPGs we see around us today. David Arneson was partly responsible for unleashing this gaming system to the world, and for that he will be remembered for a long, long time.

Leaving on a Jet Plane

At this moment, I’m flying somewhere over central Canada, heading to Calgary for my connecting flight to Las Vegas! So, obviously there won’t be any DnD going on tonight.
I would invite everyone, however, to take some time to speak to either Alisttair or Ingram to review the background mods offered by the newly published Player’s Handbook 2. If you’re not sure what I’m talking about, see the forum conversation about Character Backgrounds and the Player’s Handbook 2.
No DnD For Two Weeks

Just a note that there won’t be any DnD sessions on the 5th or 12th of April. On the 5th I’m heading to Toronto with a couple of friends and on the 12th I’ll be on a plane flying to Vegas for a week!
Our DnD sessions will start again on a weekly basis on the 19th of April, that is unless someone is gone that weekend as well.
